Second place in Employer of the Region 2024 competition

This year we took part, once again, in Employer of the Region 2024, a prestigious competition organised by the Employers’ Club.
Individual companies are compared based on the international PwC Saratoga methodology, which analyses in detail 14 indicators in the areas of workforce, remuneration, absenteeism and working hours, recruitment, selection and departure of employees, training and employee development, social responsibility, as well as financial indicators of the company.
Every year employers show a greater interest, and in the category up to 5000 employees in the Moravia-Silesia Region BONATRANS retained its great 2nd place against competition from several dozens of firms!
